Chris joined the Commercial Resource Capital team in 2008 as an underwriter and analyst after graduating from Texas A&M University. Over the last decade he has developed an industry knowledge and added countless relationships with both lenders and borrowers to deliver loans not only in Houston, but nationwide. He has experience placing Debt, Equity as well as Joint Venture structure finance. Chris is seasoned in the commercial real estate industry not only as a loan producer, but as an investor and developer. He is a partner in Covey Ridge in Houston, TX which specializes in developing industrial parks, and he is also an investor in office buildings and multiple industrial properties all over Texas and the Midwest.
